Prix de West
Featuring paintings and sculpture by the finest contemporary Western artists working today, the 50th annual Prix de West Invitational Art Exhibition & Sale at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum will open June 2, 2022, with the Art Sale Weekend scheduled for June 17 – 18.
Prix de West is the nation’s premier Western art exhibition and sale showcasing original works ranging from historical depictions of the American West to more contemporary and impressionistic pieces. Artwork from this world-renowned event will be on exhibit through August 7, 2022.
This exhibition is organized by the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum.
The Booth Museum For the Love of Art Gala & Art Auction
The iconic story of Westward expansion serves as the backdrop for The Booth Museum’s upcoming For the Love of Art Gala. The festivities begin Friday evening with a “Go West, Nashville Style” party at the new Savoy Automobile Museum where you can be among the first to tour this new sister property.
We move to The Booth Saturday afternoon at 1:30 pm for an exclusive preview and gallery walk for Point Riders and Gala ticket holders of the Booth’s latest temporary exhibit, Through the Years: Kenny Rogers’ Photographs of America.
The main event is Saturday evening at the Booth for our Gala and Art Auction where the theme is “Westward Ho!”, including silent and live auctions, a fabulous dinner, and the presentation of our 2022 Artist of Excellence award to the esteemed painter David Wright.
Settlers West American Miniatures 2022
American Miniatures at Settlers West was the first and is still the best exhibition of small original paintings and sculpture. More than 160 artists will have new works on display for this stellar event. Reception on Saturday, February 12 begins at 5:30pm and concludes with the 'intent to purchase' draw at 7pm. Woolaroc Museum and Wildlife Preserve is proud to announce its upcoming art exhibition, The Woolaroc Retrospective Exhibit & Sale, opening October 16, 2021, and continuing through December 31, 2021.
This year’s show will feature Bill Acheff, Scott L. Christensen, Josh Elliott, Sherrie McGraw, Paul Moore, John Moyers, Peregrine O’Gormley, Grant Redden, and Matt Smith, all of whom are nationally recognized for their work.
Western Visions 2021 | National Museum of Wildlife Art
Western Visions® is the National Museum of Wildlife Art’s largest and longest-running fundraiser and is one of the signature events of the Jackson Hole Fall Arts Festival.
